The accuracy of bearings mainly includes two aspects, one is dimensional accuracy, and the other is rotational accuracy. The former is an item required after the bearing is installed. The rotation accuracy is the range of the tolerance of the vibration during rotation, including the radial and axial swings of the inner and outer rings, the side swing of the inner ring and the verticality of the radial surface.
 
The accuracy grades of bearings range from ordinary grade 0 to grade 6, grade 5, grade 4 and grade 2, increasing in turn. The bearing standard adopted in China is GB307.
 
The tapered roller bearing is a separable bearing. The structure of this bearing is mainly that the inner and outer rings have tapered raceways. It has three different structural types, namely: according to the number of roller rows, it is divided into single row tapered roller bearings, double row tapered roller bearings and tear tapered roller bearings.

Tapered roller bearings are mainly used to bear radial and axial combined loads. The raceway angle of the outer ring will directly affect the bearing capacity of the bearing. The larger the raceway angle of the outer ring, the greater the bearing capacity of the bearing. The clearance of single-row tapered roller bearings needs to be adjusted by the user during installation, while the clearance of double-row and four-row tapered roller bearings is initially given at the factory according to the customer's requirements, and does not need to be adjusted by the user.
 
The tapered roller bearing is separable mainly because it consists of an inner ring with a roller and cage assembly. It has a good performance in many fields of industrial life, the most commonly used fields are: automobile, rolling mill, metallurgy, mining and plastic machinery and so on.

Influencing factors of the accuracy of tapered roller bearings
 
The precision tapered roller bearing is installed on the main shaft of the coordinate boring machine. The runout of the inner ring of the complete set of bearings facing the raceway and the radial runout of the inner ring of the complete set of bearings are the key accuracy indicators. The eight main reasons that affect the rotation accuracy of medium and large precision tapered roller bearings are: the gauge value of the roller, the variation of the taper angle, the straightness of the roller element line, the radial travel of the cage, and the slope of the cage window hole.
