As one of the core components in the reducer, bearings are also divided into the following categories according to the reducer, namely crossed roller bearings for harmonic reducers, flexible bearings for harmonic reducers, and angular contact ball bearings for RV reducers. Crossed roller bearings for harmonic reducers include four series, CSG (CSF) series, CSD series, SHG (SHF) series, and SHD series. Both the outer ring and the inner ring have an integral structure, and the outer diameter is the same as the CSG type bearing. It has higher rigidity than the CSG type bearing and is mainly used in the output part of the CSD series reducer.
SHG (SHF) type
Both the outer ring and the inner ring are integral structures, which have little impact on performance during installation. Stable rotation accuracy and torque can be obtained. They are mainly used in the output parts of various reducers of the SHG and SHF series.
Both the outer ring and the inner ring have an integral structure and are lower in height than SHG, saving the installation space of the reducer. They are mainly used in the output part of SHD reducer.
Flexible bearings for harmonic reducers
The flexible bearing mainly bears alternating bending stress and torque stress. Because its wall thickness is relatively thin, it is more likely to undergo certain deformation when mating with the cam. The inner and outer rings and rolling elements of the bearing are made of high-carbon chromium bearing steel, and the retainer is made of nylon as a whole. retainer.

RV reducer bearings mostly use non-standard sizes, consisting of an outer ring, an inner ring, an integral cage and a set of precision steel balls. The contact angle is 40°; the bearing cross-section is small, saving the installation space of the host; main applications At the main support part of the RV reducer.
