Angular contact ball bearing

Angular contact ball bearings can bear both radial and axial loads. Can work at higher speeds. The larger the contact angle, the higher the axial load capacity. The contact angle is the angle between the line connecting the contact points of the ball and the raceway in the radial plane and the vertical line of the bearing axis. High-precision and high-speed bearings usually have a contact angle of 15 degrees. Under the action of axial force, the contact angle will increase.

(1) Universally matched bearings

         ①Universally matched bearings are specially processed. When the bearings are installed close to each other, any combination can achieve the established internal clearance and preload, as well as average load distribution, without the use of gaskets or similar devices.

         ② Paired bearings are used when: the load carrying capacity of a single bearing is insufficient (using a series pairing method) or when it is necessary to bear a combined load or an axial load acting in two directions (using a back-to-back or face-to-face configuration).

The basic design of single row angular contact ball bearings is mainly used in configurations with only one bearing at each position. Its width and protrusion are ordinary tolerances. Therefore, it is not suitable to install two single row angular contact ball bearings close to each other.

Single row angular contact ball bearings: machine tool spindles, high-frequency motors, gas turbines, centrifuges, small car front wheels, differential pinion shafts, booster pumps, drilling platforms, food machinery, dividing heads, repair welding machines, low-voltage Noise-type cooling towers, electromechanical equipment, painting equipment, machine tool trough plates, arc welding machines.

Double row angular contact ball bearings: oil pumps, Roots blowers, air compressors, various transmissions, fuel injection pumps, printing machinery, planetary reducers, extraction equipment, cycloidal reducers, food packaging machinery, welding machines, soldering irons, Square boxes, gravity spray guns, wire stripping machines, half shafts, inspection and analysis equipment, fine chemical machinery.

(1) Back-to-back pairing. The wide end faces of the bearings are paired and used in combination to spread the contact angle lines in the direction of the axis, increase the support angle rigidity of the angular contact bearings, and increase the anti-deformation ability.

(2) Face-to-face matching, and the combination of narrow end faces of bearings can make the contact angle shrink in the direction of the axis. Eliminate the original gap in the outer ring and increase the preload of the angular contact bearing.

(3) Arranged in series, the wide end faces of the bearings are in the same direction, which can make the contact angle lines parallel in the same direction, allowing the two bearings to share the load. However, in order to ensure installation stability, two pairs of angular contact bearings must be installed opposite each other at both ends.
